About Me:

I’m Shaunia Scales, M.S., M.Ed., the founder of SparkGrowth Consulting, based in beautiful Eugene, Oregon. As a learning and development leader with over a decade of experience, I design programs that help people and organizations thrive across the Pacific Northwest—and beyond.

My work blends neuroscience, storytelling, and a deep understanding of human behavior to make learning meaningful, inclusive, and enjoyable. I believe learning shouldn’t just check a box; it should spark connection, inspire confidence, and create lasting change.

While SparkGrowth is rooted in Eugene, I regularly work with clients throughout Oregon, Washington, and Northern California, and I’m always happy to travel to partner with teams in person.

When learning is fun, it sticks. That’s why I occasionally sneak in a dad joke or two—because learning should make you laugh while it makes you think.
