Shaunia Scales, M.S., M.Ed., Founder of SparkGrowth Consulting LLC, is an experienced learning and development professional with a passion for helping people grow into their fullest potential. She brings years of experience designing and facilitating leadership programs, onboarding initiatives, and organizational development projects that create meaningful, lasting change.

Based in beautiful Eugene, Oregon, Shaunia supports leaders and teams in strengthening communication, building trust, and developing the people-centered skills that make workplaces work. Her approach blends neuroscience, storytelling, and research-based strategies with warmth and authenticity, helping teams connect, communicate, and collaborate more effectively.

While SparkGrowth is rooted in Eugene, Shaunia regularly works with clients throughout Oregon, Washington, and Northern California, and she’s always happy to travel to partner with teams in person. Through SparkGrowth Consulting, she combines her expertise in leadership development, emotional intelligence, and team dynamics with her belief that growth should always be both purposeful and fun.
